Steel Frame Shaker Screen

These screen products are constructed with two or three layers of 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth and then combined with a steel backing plate and a steel frame. According to different mesh size and hole size, we can get a better filtering effect.
The bottom high strength steel frame combined with supporting bar with the moderate tension screen cloth can infinitely enhance the screen intensity and endurance and get a better filtering effect. Mesh size ranges from 40 to 325. The whole cloth is divided into some small independent surfaces to prevent the excessive expansion damage of small part. A special rubber plug is provided to repair damage, which not only saves the time to replace the screen, but also increase the efficiency and reduce the cost.
